I’m so grateful that there’s at least one garage door repairman that has the integrity to diagnose and fix the problem rather than just default to replace the entire unit that would’ve cost me three times the amount of money. He repaired the computer portion at a fraction of the cost that I was quoted from four other local locations. Again, He was the only business that was willing to diagnose and repair the problem rather than to have the easy default that would’ve been much more profitable that everyone else recommends in town.

I really appreciated his honesty because the final cost ended up being lower than he had originally estimated. Once I ordered the new door, Rob and Isaac brought it over, and Isaac did an excellent job with the installation. The new door is so much quieter than our old one, and the quality is fantastic. Both Rob and Isaac were professional, kind, and easy to work with. Isaac left the work area spotless when he was finished. We are extremely happy with our new garage door and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received. I highly recommend this company!

Rob is a solid guy. He replaced the garage door and opener at our house a few months back for a very low price and within the same week we called him. I had a spring break on my garage door. I called American pride and spoke to Rob. He came right out and did a great job fixing my door. He mentioned that my old metal rollers could be replaced with some new teflon rollers. There was no pressure. Honestly. I was wondering about them already. So I had him replace them. The garage door stopped working, and my frail widowed mother, living alone called this company. I was so impressed by how Rob, the owner, handled the situation. He could have easily told her she needed a new door, springs, rollers, motor, remotes, key pad, everything; and she would have paid for it. But I quietly watched as he patiently explained what was wrong, and the all the options. She chose the least expensive options, and he agreed that was wise. Simple, honest, kind, and professional. The fixes work perfectly. What more could I want? Sometimes, small-scale local businesses are far more impressive than the big guys. I fully recommend American Pride Door, and wish they worked in my area. If interested in this solution, the 32-year-old motor had finally died; and the obnoxiously noisy rollers had no ball bearings. We now have an entirely new QUIET system with motor, remotes, pad, & rollers for under $600! oh, and the installer, Mason, was as generous and helpful as the owner. Great group!

I had a catastrophic failure of my garage door opener. I called American pride garage door rob answered. He was at my house within 30 min. Turns out he lives close. He gave me a great price on a better unit. He said he could have it done in an HR. I agreed. rob did a great job. My door is smooth and quiet. However, my remote would no longer operate my auto gate, it didn't matter what we tried the remotes wouldn't program . I let Rob go while I continued to try and identify the problem. Mid day rob called and said he like to come by and try again to correct the situation. I thanked him . I decided to switch my focus a bit and replace the burnt bulb in one of my light posts. After a quick trip to home Depot for a bulb I switch it out, to my surprise the new bulb did not work. I then checked the power to the opener, no power. I dug up the buried wires and found one undone ground wire. After reattaching the ground everything went like clockwork. I called Rob, thanked him for his patience, caring, punctuality, understanding, and a willingness to go the extra mile to see the job through. The whole time the problem was not related to the opener in anyway and Rob did what it took. It's American pride and his name is Rob.

Work with Rob and his team on a weekly basis working in property management. They are fantastic. But yesterday, on Christmas, my garage door malfunctioned as a spring broke. I submitted a service request this morning with my home warranty company and was so thrilled that American Pride Door was the vendor assigned. He came out the same day, on a holiday weekend, because he simply thought the customer would want it fixed sooner rather than later. Rob is super knowledgeable and extremely quick. Usually my office are the ones sending him work orders but being on the other end this time and needing his help I couldn't be more grateful in how quick he responded to help. They're the best!!
My husband accidentally backed into the garage door as it was coming down and ended up ruining the bottom panel of our garage door. The weather seal on my overhead door was chewed through by a chipmunk leaving two large exposures. I contacted 3 garage door companies, they were booked for the week. In St. George area. They all quoted me $129.00 service call and labor is separate. Someone on Word of Mouth, put me in touch with Rob, the owner of American Pride Garage doors, and 22 years experience. He was on time, very nice and was able to repair / replace my garage door roller . He won’t up sell you and is great with communication. He charged me $65.00 Which was very reasonable. I don't do many recommendations but I want to share that I had a great experience with Rob at American Pride Garage Door. Their name really means something to them and their customers. They were everything you could ask for - responsive, reliable, dependable and a very fair price. I was having problems with my garage door not opening consistently and other companies I called wouldn't even talk to me about what it could be or give me an estimate over the phone. They all wanted to charge me for a service call. I called Rob at American Pride and he listened to my concerns and took the time to explain all the things that it could be and gave me a firm price on the cost to replace the opener if it came to that. I called him yesterday afternoon and he came this morning and it was fixed in 45 minutes. Again he took the time to explain everything to me before he did the work. Awesome! 5 Like
